If you are interested in learning how to achieve inner peace, this is the class for you. This is a program has 2 sessions, 1 1/2 hours each. You will learn all the basics of all meditation postures--walking, standing, lying down, and sitting. Using the "breathe" as object of focus for your mind, you will learn how to use the "breathe" as a tool to achieve inner peace.

Pre-requisite: Already completed the Beginner's Meditation classes.
Having taken the Beginners' Meditation classes, you already know the techniques of meditation. However, you need to practice regularly and train the "monkey" mind. So join us for the group practice.you can join us for the regular group meditation practice on Sundays 3 pm to 4:30pm.
